November 3rd, 2023 was just like most of my days here in northern Virginia. I typically wake up just before sunrise and have my first cup of coffee, then make the girls snacks and lunches for school, and then take my special needs daughter to school. My younger daughter goes to a different school which remained open during the pandemic. She was not doing well with the solution for elementary classes being online, and this was a difficult time for her. We were fortunate to get a space for her. On this day the morning was crisp and the sky was clear with the sun shining bright at sunrise. I did wake up with some indigestion and heartburn and took some Tums as usual. What was different on this morning was while driving my daughter to school, my indigestion and heartburn returned and was a bit more intense. I broke out into a sweat that I had not experienced before and the sweating lasted for about 20 seconds or so, but it went away. This occurred around 8:20 AM. All was normal after that. I returned home and attended a virtual meeting that was scheduled for the day. At the morning break, which was around 9:45 AM, I decided to take my daughters service dog out for his morning walk. Walking down the stairs of our townhouse I began to feel the indigestion return, but it was very minimal in intensity. I drank some water with a couple more Tums. As we went outside for the walk I began to feel a weakness in my legs but didn’t think much of it. I had not eaten any breakfast yet and thought my weakness was food related. I said to myself that I would eat after we returned from our walk. We started our walk…
